With a robust career spanning 14 consecutive years in the renewable energy sector, Phil brings a depth of industry knowledge and leadership that is integral to our mission. His journey through the energy landscape has been defined by versatility, having held diverse roles ranging from Permit Technician and Marketing Manager to Regional and Commercial Division Sales Manager.
Since 2017, Phil has honed a specialized focus on battery energy storage, positioning himself at the forefront of this critical technology. One of the defining moments of his career was his role in the successful co-development and launch of the FLEX Energy Storage System™, which holds the distinction of being California’s first approved home battery backup system. This achievement, paired with his track record of securing numerous multi-million dollar renewable projects, underscores his ability to deliver high-impact results in a competitive market.
Beyond his operational success, Phil is a dedicated advocate for the industry and his community. He is a frequent speaker at renewable energy events and college campuses, sharing his expertise with the next generation of energy professionals. His commitment to local development is further evidenced by his past service as a board member for the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce and his membership in the Inland Valley Solar Consortium.
